Notes: *You can tell where I did and didn't care about fur texture. *This is a crop [I guess two] of an original image. It needed to be cropped due to mild sexual content. It's not that bad but I didn't want it on my DA xDD *...their heads are lifesize in the original image. The commissioner wanted it poster-size so he could print it and hang it.
The commissioner was awsm. He paid a metric fuckton for this. A Nitemare Scarf and Albino Bat Companion on gaia which adds up to...I think 14mil ish? Yeah.
Am more proud of the cat than the wolf, but I like the wolf too in parts. There are some anatomical anomalies but I'll blame it on the anthro. ... In doing so I'm totally offending anthro artists in the world and FOR THAT I DEEPLY APOLOGIZE.
The commissioner was waiting a while for this so I'm glad I finally got to get this done. You'll be seeing this kitty around more than once I'm sure. He was inspired by Mister Mistofolees from the Cats musical and since he was my favorite cat...I really do have a fancy for this character, and the commissioner wants to order more, so prepare yourself. 8D
The relationship between the two is cute, IRL and IC wise. But IC wise there's a bit more dominance on one side, I believe. Either way I had some fun with this. I wanted to shoot myself in the head sometimes but...I didn't. xDDD
Uhm...I think that's all D:
Black and white kitty belongs to , the wolf...I'm not sure whether or not he has a DA, but he belongs to his respective owner.
Gaia's the same with the same name. "Huggleberry Finn". :'3 No dash in the center like DA though. Right now my AT's are ungodly amounts of full, I have like...8 to do, if not more. So I'd prefer commissions. Which method of payment would be easiest for you? =O I could always use cash but gaia works too - though admittedly I'm stupid expensive when it comes to gaia. This commission here was paid with a Nightmare Scarf and an albino bat. For a single I'd charge about half of that.
For anthro I charge about 20 dollars extra...especially for couples. With anthro I have to think twice as hard. I have a decent library of anatomical details in my brain for humans, but combining animal anatomy and a human's takes more time.
Depending on your character the price will either be less or more. I prefer cat anthros, and I suppose wolves. Definitely foxes, I have a few vulpines myself. Reptilian ones cost a lot because of scale detail. Depending on how "sparkledog" the OC is, though, it really depends.
For a single, I'd say anywhere between $70 and $90. I'd say double it for couples. Human characters are anywhere between 60-80.
If you prefer gaia, I'm anywhere between 7 and 12 mil.
NORMALLY no. But, I dislike making gaia avatars and most people love chibis on gaia - so I bump up the price by 100k every time I make one. I think I've racked it up to 1.1mil now. They take me just as much time as a normal painting, but they're much more cartoony.
Aww you flatter me! I love your art soo much better than mine. I can color, but not as well as you and I'm always looking for practice. (the scribble on the girl with a gun isn't my best work, I was being lazy)
And once you aren't too busy and I get my few comms finished SURE. I would love to do some lines for you.
Even tips would be Awesome sauce cause I'm poop at digital art HAHAH. Everyone's always improving but you seem to have gotten at least something down! I can't do faces for the life of me xD I'm having some kind of art epiphany constipation where I'm trying to get a bit more realistic while still keeping my style so now I'm just stuck drawing abominations. Also I'm just fail at Digital art right now, it's like When you first start drawing but you can never draw anything right so all you can do it keep failing and doing little things right until you can do all of it right (Or at least most of it. LOL)
ugh I know that stage. D: I hate it and it makes me sad inside. v.v
And wow really, thank you. ; ^; This really made my day.
And sure, I can definitely give tips! Be warned though, my method is...very time consuming. I use very low opacities. You'll probably get more out of the help of someone who uses higher opacity or literally cell shades, at least at first. D:
